Add clj-kondo support

mason has an entry in the registry for clj-kondo that can be installed, but mason-lspconfig does not recognize this as a valid package. It would be nice if I could list this package in my ensure_installed table:

I would like for clj-kondo to be recognized as a valid package that mason can install, when configured with mason-lspconfig
