Error with RecordRTC in Edit Profile

Ogg audio file when recording with RecordRTC is not accepted and appears as broken with an x and an error message in Atto, but only in the profile editor. It works just fine every where else. When I changed to Boost, the audio worked just fine in the profile, so it's a Moove theme problem. Can you please look into it? Thank you.

1. Go to 'profile'
2. Click on 'edit'
3. Go to 'Atto editor.'
4. Record your voice.
5. Update profile
6. Error will appear on the audio.
7. See error

Expected behavior
Audio should play. It plays on Boost in the profile, but not on Moove.
