Window Position Creep

Every time I open the browser, the window is 1 pixel wider than it was when last closed.

Also, it is sometimes (not every time) shifted down 1 pixel from where I placed it. It usually does this the first time I reopen after moving, and then doesn't do it again.

I am OCD and have windows lined up very specifically on my desktops. When I regularly open and close Supermium, it creeps into the frames of other windows and I have to go back and resize it. I know it's not the end of the world, but it's something that causes me a bit of frustration.
