Copy the entire browser user folder at once. That is exactly what I do. You can archive it so the copy takes up less space. By default, the folder is located here: C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Supermium\User Data
Perform the copying while the browser is not running!

Yes I have this written down, but it's so huge & it takes so long to copy.

What are the steps to archive it & is that before you copy? I don't really know what that means.
