Works for me using 144 R5 on old Intel HD graphics in Windows 7.

What's your graphics chipset and when you type chrome://gpu/ what does it say about WebGL?

Ok, so you're running a Windows XP system, which means you're going to have to change a few settings to get it to work. It won't work by default.

WebGL is supported in Supermium, but it's not supported on Windows XP. A workaround is required.

Type chrome://flags

Change #ignore-gpu-blocklist to "Enabled" and #use-angle to "D3D9"

That should turn on hardware supported WebGL for Supermium, but it might cause other website to behave strangely.

But on Google Earth, it keeps loading. But don't show the error message of WebGL Error.

If it's WebGL2, then you need at least a DX11 GPU and Windows 7 (correct me if I'm wrong) in order to successfully run any WebGL 2 content. Since Windows XP can only support up to DirectX9, it's not possible to run WebGL 2 on XP without any wrappers.
