Explain Plugin register() and boot() methods im more detail. #228

The current docs do not mention when to use register() and when best to use boot().

IMHO the docs should state the following information:

  • what is available in which method (e.g. Database, Cache, Config, Services, other Plugins)
  • where should middleware, event listeners, schedules etc. be registered?
