accessories_compat_layer-neoforge-0.1.12+1.21.1.jar
artifacts-neoforge-13.2.0.jar

Items for Belt slot:

  1. Vanilla Spyglass
  2. Vanilla Lantern
  3. Universal Attractor from Artifacts

I can wear all 3 of them: Spyglass, then Lantern, then Attractor (in this order)
But if I wear Attractor first, I cannot wear Spyglass and Lantern.
From the point of view of common sense it's OK to hang 3 small items on the belt, but this should not depend from the order.
