Config option for making items eligible for slots #384

This is one I've been meaning to suggest for a while. It would be nice if it were possible to add an item ID along with a slot to a string in a config file to make it able to be placed in that slot. For example: "candlelight:gold_ring;RING" or something. You might have guessed, I thought of this idea again because Candlelight's gold ring is a chestplate slot item. I don't think I'm the only one who thinks that's a bit ridiculous when accessory slots exist.
