Caused by: org.spongepowered.asm.mixin.transformer.throwables.MixinTargetAlreadyLoadedException: Critical problem: owo.mixins.json:DataResultMixin from mod owo target com.mojang.serialization.DataResult was loaded too early.

It seems that DataResult has been loaded in some way by a Mixin Plugin or something else by another mod, leading to an inability to apply a mixin. You will need to go through your mods to figure out the problem mod.
