Doesn't notice accounts being created, deleted, enabled or disabled

The extension monitors accounts’ presence-changed signal and connection-status property, but it doesn't listen to any of the signals on TpAccountManager which indicate accounts being enabled, disabled, created or deleted. If you make such changes outside the extension, they won't be reflected in the extension until you edit your account groups (which causes it to reload all its state) or restart the shell.
