    wtpy0.9.9 版本 CAT 策略运行不越来，log 中一直没有提示有接收到数据。只把conda 环境切换到 wtpy0.9.7.2, cat 策略的 on_tick() 接收到数据后有回调, 打印出log， 但 on_bar() 和 on_calculate（） 没有被回调.
   cat 策略的其他于 m5的回测， on_calculate（）是有工作的。

没头没脑的问题，我没办法帮你分析。
你得提供更多信息，比如运行的版本，引擎，操作系统，运行环境，回测or实盘，以及运行的日志等
