Describe the current behavior in detail

Steps:

1. User clicks on "Resume transactions" button
2. User hovers cursor over the "Back" button or/and "More options" menu button (burger menu button)
3. User obsers result

What is the expected/desired behavior

Expected result: Tooltips are provided for these buttons
Actual result: Tooltips are not provided for these buttons
