[QA] User can change slider position after clicking on "Confirm transaction" button

Describe the current behavior in detail

Checked on Netlify with following config.

Steps:

1. Prepare to send 0.01 SOL from Solana (Phantom) to Arbitrum (MetaMask)
2. Click on "Review transaction" button
3. Click on "Confirm transaction" button
4. Check if slider position can be changed when Phantom notification is displayed

Actual result: Slider position can be changed.
Expected result: Position of the slider should not change after clicking the "Confirm Transaction" button.
