[In 78] shouldn't be [Ingalls 78]? #33
Description
There is no [In 78] entry in either of scanned documents' references section while text cites this work of Dan. I think this should be changed to [Ingalls 78]. Citation appears at the last paragraph of "THE FIRST MODERN SMALLTALK(-76), ITS BIRTH, APPLICATIONS, AND IMPROVEMENTS" section.
