2013 & 2014 raw data #4
Comments
Same question but for the zipped version of all the data (I downloaded from here as linked from the Wapo website: https://d2ty8gaf6rmowa.cloudfront.net/dea-pain-pill-database/bulk/arcos_all.tsv.gz) |
@ahbentz that file does not contain the 2013 and 2014 information, correct? |
Pinging @andrewbtran as this has been raised as an issue here. It is likely something to do with the API not being updated yet as the 2013 and 2014 data were late additions to the dataset. Things are a bit hectic right now with the pandemic and such, but this issue is on the radar. Certain functions are returning 2013 and 2014 values, but not all of them. |
The original link has been updated to include 2013 and 2014 https://d2ty8gaf6rmowa.cloudfront.net/dea-pain-pill-database/bulk/arcos_all.tsv.gz |
Hi,
I recently (~2 weeks ago) used the ARCOS API
all_the_data
endpoint to download the raw data. When I unzipped the file it seems that the 2013 and 2014 data were not there. I tried just now using the arcospy package, testing with thecounty_raw()
function and again it seems that the data only goes through 2012.Is it possible to get the 2013 and 2014 data using Python? Or if not, is there a timeline for when this will be accessible through the API/arcospy? Thank you.
