PWM output for the SCAMP module is not correct for most servos. MAX and MIN periods go from 500 us to 2500 us instead of the normal 1000 us to 2000 us that most servos and other PWM devices expect. This has an effect on the PWM Talon for the boat where the output is saturated beyond 1000us and 2000us.
