Scope.

• Audit each page's LCP.
• Preload critical images + fonts.
• Convert raster assets to WebP / AVIF with fallback.
• srcset for responsive images.

Acceptance.

• LCP under 2.5s on 4G throttled mobile per page
• Fonts don't cause FOUT
• Lighthouse Performance ≥ 90
