Table-data Browser: On the table-pivot page, columns and rows are not always sortable #452

A couple of cases:

When a column is chosen (for the column or row dimension) that becomes a link (is primary key?), e.g. the sample table's "Site Name", the user cannot click on the column headings (or row headings) to sort the rows (or columns) without clicking on the link.
The "all" column or row are not sortable.
