Weather data and ETo

Sir,
I have the weather data for one data and i have the wind speed as well hourly, so my question is as my data is in hourly base format what should i enter as weather data in the model?
second thing that i don't have ETo how i can enter this value?
the data i collected from the field the station only collected wind speed, temperature, etc but none of them were collected ET values, so how i can solve this part in the python script?
kindly have a look to the excell sheet i attached it with this email.
all other data like L8images, "DEM" every thing is okay.

I have a separate image for LAI produced by PROSPECT model. The image name is LAI.tif in my directory and I need to use the same. What change I have to make in the code to avoid the use of empirical equation generated by Idaho scientists.

I am implementing this code on spyder IDE . First of all, all the subroutines are missing from grass module and when i pasted all the subroutines manually then it is raising lot of errors in them.
for installing module i used

pip install grass

pip install grass.script

I got the core.py submodule from : https://grass.osgeo.org/grass79/manuals/libpython/_modules/script/core.html#Popen
And all other concerned submodules from https://grass.osgeo.org/grass79/manuals/libpython/script_intro.html

Can anyone help me with this
