inconsistent _item_linked.parent_name for _diffrn_refln.frame_id #55

_diffrn_refln.frame_id has different parents defined via _item_linked.child/parent_name.

In batch_extension.dic: _diffrn_scan_frame.frame_id
In cif_img.dic: _diffrn_data_frame.id

and then the merged files such as dist/mmcif_pdbx_v50.dic have both.
