cmd.exe Application error - The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)

On Windows, if someone wants to open a wxmx file by clicking on it, this error is shown.

Starting wxMaxima and opening the file via the File->Open menu works perfectly.

There are many results in Google, that other applications have the same problem, I have not really an idea what's going on.

C:\wxmaxima-24.11.0\bin\wxmaxima.exe
(started from a cmd-window) works without error message.

C:\wxmaxima-24.11.0\bin\wxmaxima.exe untitled.wxmx
(started from a cmd-window) displays the error message - but wxMaxima opens and the file is loaded!

Really strange. Not sure, if we can (easy) solve it on the wxMaxima side.
