Requires gvim with python and ttf support.
After installation, Ctrl-MouseUp increase the font size, Ctrl-MouseDown decrease the font size. This is almost like the standard interface for GUI editor because it's implemented by a LOT of the: geany, scite, codeblocks, etc.
TODO: need to figure out how to pass vim function argument to python for better code.
Drop the file into ~/.vim/plugin
