problem when i try to make qrcode for ussd

I created a QR code to redirect in the phone directly to the call section. the only problem is when I put a ussd in place of a number it does not appear in the phone or the "#" appears and the rest does not appear, like for example #111#. if a kind soul could help me to solve my little problem it would'nt be refused.
