Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For me it is not a problem when I am using a larger screen. It becomes a problem when I am only on my laptop and a bunch of categories are displayed and I have to click and move the slider. Also, this can't be done if I open FPP connect to see which controller is say 192.168xxxxx if it isn't showing on the controller list. (Love having to power cycle in the cold)

Describe the solution you'd like
Having the ability to pick and choose which categories show up on the controller page. If I'm on a windows machine, go to a folder and have it display details, I can check which details/categories are displayed and which are not.

Describe alternatives you've considered
At least be able to reorder them to the end users liking. Or maybe have a button that switches between view all or user custom view.

Additional context
I've had a few devs say all that information displayed is important to them, but to a regular user myself, I don't need to see vendor, protocol, variant, auto layout or auto size as I can always click the controller and see the info there. I honestly don't need to see all that info 99% of the time once it is set up correctly.

You don't need to use it. All the extra info was added for support, first and foremost, and was added at the end. I don't see why/how that affects anyhting when you are on a larger or smaller screen. Maybe pictures or videos to help explain.
