需求背景：全局锁仓信息需要增加流动感，让用户感受总锁仓量在实时变化，进而参与到锁仓中
需求描述：新增总锁仓量数据，数据为矿池全部锁仓量总和，该数据为动态信息，在页面上实时更新
1）数据单位为$
2）至多展示小数点后两位，超出部分截断
3）数据需要实时更新，如有用户进行锁仓或取回后
需求界面如下：

由于矿池单独数据无接口暂不展示个人矿池状态信息
后续单独加每个矿池的收益信息，再做全局、单矿池信息展示调整
