需求背景：目前的解锁率及解锁间隔参数给到用户的可参考信息不够直观，用户了解起来需要计算成本
需求描述：
1）快捷设置项
-7/30/60天解锁：用户选择快捷项后，展示启动区块（自动获取）、间隔区块（固定40）、解锁率，此为展示项，不可修改；
-自定义解锁：用户选择后，展开项展示信息，沿用目前的填入规则，填入后显示解锁时长信息，用户调整数值解锁时长更新；

-启动区块：自动填入最新区块数值，用户如果输入区块数值低于当前最新区块高度，则提示错误

这个上次讨论提前了六小时，因为有排队之类的时间，是不是得做下调整 @wudione
