cgroup：no space left on device #74

cgroup 运行写入报错, 提示没有空间

pid 5308 add to cgroup mydocker-cgroup errors: write /sys/fs/cgroup/cpuset/mydocker-cgroup/tasks: no space left on device"

但是手动 echo 进程到 /sys/fs/cgroup/cpuset/mydocker-cgroup/tasks 是没有任何问题的

echo "some pid" >>  /sys/fs/cgroup/cpuset/mydocker-cgroup/tasks

经过测试以下情况下cpuset/tasks可以顺利写入

cpuset.mems -> 0
cpuset.cpus 不为空
