Please make a tutorial of ComfyFlowApp tool

I installed ComfyFlowApp tool separately in a folder near my Comfyui folder. I used the run.bat file but I couldn't use the tool any further. Please note I am not from coding background. Your help in any regard will be highly appreciated. I have two requests

1. Make a detailed or beginners tutorial to use your ComfyFlowApp tool
2. Give the url of the website or repository where the workflows created by ComfyFlowApp tool is stored.
