I keep trying to craft the modules in SF4 but the crafting doesn't show up and doesn't let me craft it with the correct crafting order

I'm Having The same Issue Now I Tried Restarting My PC And Closed And Reopen The Files But It Wont Work If You Was Able To Find A Solution Please Explain It
