Unleashing Chat GPT

Would it be possible for you guys to code chat gpt in such a way that it can rewrite its own code? For instance If I wanted to turn chat gpt into a security software where it can go through my files and find malware that wasn't there originally from a previous saved state from the computer that updates itself every time I download something and it asks for permission and I allow it to add it to the saved state and thus would be a damn near perfect anti virus. Or if i wanted itself to learn how to draw art in a style that I prefer, or learn how to gather scientific information from journals much easier, etc, etc.
