列表内容不在顶部时，调用easyRefreshController.callRefresh不会触发onRefresh方法 #821

tabview嵌套了多个列表页面，当列表下滑时，此时不在列表顶部，调用easyRefreshController.callRefresh()时，列表会回到顶部，也出现了刷新动画，但不会触发onRefresh方法
