tabbarview结构下刷新状态无法区分的问题 #838

demo的tabbarview例子, tabbarview下的两个模块共用了最外层的refresh刷新作用域, 导致两边都要下拉刷新上拉加载的时候上拉状态无法区分开,
问题: 当一个页面分页加载完毕,在onload return 结束状态后另一个页面将不再触发下拉

需求: tababarview的demo中每个页面有独立的上拉加载状态 , 下拉统一在最顶部下拉触发

其实这个应用场景。应该类似闲鱼那种，刷新所有tab页的数据比较合适。当你切换tab页的时候，header回收也不是一个好的处理方式。如果需要单独tab页刷新，不建议放在顶部，而是每个tab页面单独添加下拉刷新。这个可能暂时得不到解决，目前也找不到好的方式处理。如果你对这个问题有研究，欢迎提交pr
