Query regarding using different catalog other than IRIS

I have been using Seispy for calculation of the receiver function of stations in the Central Indian Tectonic Zone. While the calculation of PRF using the IRIS catalog works well and I am able to calculate the RFs. Calculation in IRIS gives 36 earthquakes but while using the ISC catalog it gives around 192 matching earthquakes from my SAC files, therefore I was trying to use the later.

When I am using ISC catalog downloaded, modified as attached as SG09_data.png

and given in the format that the recalrf.py (attached as recalrfpy.png

) wants, there is an error (attached as error.png

).
