Apex_Benchmark build fails because of unreachable datatorrent dependencies

Apex_Benchmark build fails because of unreachable dependencies from www.datatorrent.com.

I think #51 has the same root cause.

www.datatorrent.com can be resolved, but it's not reachable at Oct. 2021.

ANALYSIS

At the time of now, October 2021, datatorrent.com is not reachable.
I guess this comes from the below:

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION

As it looks like apex is already archived even at ASF, dropping APEX related potion could be a good idea.
