Does NGT support query on ARM?

NGT doesn't have a PyPI package for ARM. On this occasion, I tried to build NGT on the following environments.

Raspberry Pi 3 Module B
Ubuntu Mate 16.04 and 18.04

NGT library could be built without any updates on the both versions. NGT python could be built with a few updates on setup.py.
