Background syncing & notifications

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's not a problem but a request. App is beautiful, simple and works. However it does not have automatic syncing and notifications.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Ability to configure frequency of background sync (e.g. 30 min, 60 min....)
• Each time it syncs, send notification with new interesting articles.
• Ability to configure which subscriptions do you want to get notified about (or all)

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Just opening the app from time to time and see by myself. But I would love the app reminding me when there is interesting things I want to take a look at.
