Localize the UI into French, Spanish and Simplified Chinese

One Fluent catalog per language lives in libraries/yap-i18n. Rust views translate through it with tr!, web reads the same .ftl files with @fluent/bundle, and iOS calls into Rust. Plurals and glued sentence fragments become whole Fluent messages so translators can reorder them. The UI language follows the system (iOS per-app language via CFBundleLocalizations) or the browser, with a Language setting on web. Tests check every locale has the same ids and variables and that every id used in Rust, TypeScript and Swift exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
