Change Warp IDs When Warp Tile is Selected to Start Counting from 0 #71

Right now when a warp tile is selected, the number displayed starts counting from 1 for Warp IDs. This should be changed to start counting from 0 to match up with Destination Warp number that must be filled.

This will decrease any confusion related to Warp IDs.
