Seems yo do not support scoped package generator

• OS version/details: mac - zsh and bash
• Node version: 16.18.1
• npm version: 8.19.2
• Version of yo : 4.3.1

Yeoman does support org-scoped generators:

• Seems yo do not support generator published as npm "scoped" package #231 -> Need to support new npm scoped packages environment#14 & Support for scoped generators (fixes #14) environment#23
• Fails to recognize scoped generator package names generator-generator#236 -> feat: Support scoped package name, fix #236 generator-generator#243

...so this might be an issue in the generators themselves? Hard to say since @zh-mix/generator-mix doesn't exist on npm.

Since it's been a few years without activity I'm going to go ahead and close this issue as aged away. But if anybody is seeing this issue still, please do post back with a full reproduction and as much system info as possible (https://antfu.me/posts/why-reproductions-are-required).
