Arbitrary HTML property labels w/ Yew

After struggling for a bit trying to use flowbite components I stumbled on this closed issue:

It would be helpful to add this in the docs somewhere, its such a simple fix to enable the linter to allow custom property labels by adding a dummy '=""' to the property.

You can set properties arbitrarily as ~property={value}. See docs
