Hi

Great work with trackplot
I currently plotted some reads which have polyA tail length as attached
is there a way to order these reads by either transcript ie same exon and intron and then by Poly A tail length?

Hi,
Sorry for the late response, trackplot don't have a parameters to control the ordering of poly a tail length. But trackplot draw all the poly a tails according to your input files, please try with an ordered poly a tails inputs.

Hi,
Trackplot doesn't include a specific squashed mode. But it can control the height ratio for each individual plot by modifying the height_ratio list starting from line 1158 in trackplot/plot.py. The height_ratio is a list of numbers representing the percentage of the graph height. For example, 1 means plotting with the normal height, and 0.5 means that the corresponding graph has only half of the specified height.
