Hello, I tried Kssdtree but could't find the way to prepare the required *.shuf file that memtioned in the quickstart.
kssdtree.sketch(shuf_file='L3K10.shuf', genome_files='ES29', output='ES29_sketch')

Can you describe the content and format of the *.shuf file? Thank you~

For L3K10.shuf and L3K9.shuf, they can be downloaded automatically. We have updated the version 2.0.4 of kssdtree to ensure that it can be downloaded completely. If the automatic download fails, you can manually download them from https://zenodo.org/records/12699159. For other .shuf files, such as L2K8, etc., kssdtree will be generated automatically.

Thank you for the quick reply! I didn't know that the *.shuf file can be downloaded automatically. I'll try another run.
Thanks again.
