new tables not created at plugin install

Hello,
I use GLPI 10.0.14

and when i install this plugin, i configure it on first launch
then i activate debug mode on GLPI
but when i go to Tools -> Gestion de stock -> voir le stock

i go these errors :
SQL Error "1054": Unknown column 'is_template' in 'where clause' in query "SELECT COUNT(*) AS cpt FROM glpi_unmanageds WHERE is_deleted = '0' AND is_template = '0' AND entities_id = '0' AND locations_id = '2' AND states_id IN ('2', '3')"

and when i see in the glpi database, all new tables used by plugins are not created at plugin install

how can i resolve this ?
