New Traits based integrator

We need to create asset integrator for the new representation model. It will need to re-use a lot of code from the old one, so this is perfect time for findng some code that can be extracted and shared among those two integrators. This new integrator shouldn't have knowledge about any specific traits maybe except content.LocatableContent and content.LocatableBundle.

Still, we work with frame ranges and UDIMs within the current integrator so all of this needs to be taken into account. But at the end, the integrator should "just" fill the template to get final desination path, copy the files and register representation with serialized traits data into AYON.
