Handle WebAction event status

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

WebAction event kept in In Progress status.

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?

We should set the event id to env variable so triggered cli command can handle it's status, and when child process finishes we should validate if status was changed and change it to finished/failed based on child process exit code.
