Does any specific development demo or documents for beginners?

Heeey, I'm currently a student, and now I'm just starting to learn the IoT and QUIC protocols, I found this open source project when I visited Github, it's great, so I wanna use it to develop a demo project, but I found that there is little documentation for novices, so I asked if there is a small demo for my newbies and standardized documentation, thank you soooo much!
