Steps to reproduce

There is a specific old Samsung Galaxy A01 Core device that for some reason cancels the alarms when the screen is off. I did a test and both Clock You and the Samsung native one work with the screen on, but nothing happens when it is off and I already downloaded ClockYou thinking the problem was with the native app.

Expected behavior

If you have any solution to force the clock to be activated with the screen off, it would help a lot. It's my only option.

Actual behavior

or if anyone knows how to solve this problem I would be grateful to receive this help.

Clock You version

8.1

Android version

Android 10 Go Edition

Other details

It used to work correctly for years, but recently it got weird when I needed it and it didn't work.
