Display recording button via other apps

I know this function from other screen recorders. If necessary, you can freely position the controls for starting and stopping recording above other apps that you would like to film. Ideally, the controls should not be part of the recording. I didn't find such a setting. Isn't there one like that here?

Currently I first have to start recording, then switch to the desired app or other view that I want to film. The video contains unwanted scenes at the beginning that have to be cut out later.
