[Feature Request] Tab 透传 Badge 的 offset 属性

What problem does this feature solve?

感觉 Badge 在 Tab 下的展示效果并不是很好，如图所示：

本来想调整一下 Badge 的位置，发现并不支持 offset 属性

希望能够支持透传一下 Badge 的 offset
