            <h1>第二条(禁止事項)</h1>
            ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

                <li>法令または公序良俗に違反する行為</li>
                <li>犯罪行為に関連する行為</li>
                <li>当グループのサーバー、Botまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為</li>
                <li>本サービスによって得られた情報を商業的に利用する行為</li>
                <li>当グループのサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為</li>
                <li>他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為</li>
                <li>不正な目的を持って本サービスを利用する行為</li>
                <li>当グループが許諾しない本サービス上での宣伝、広告、勧誘、または営業行為</li>
                <li>当グループのサービスに関連して、反社会的勢力に対して直接または間接に利益を供与する行為</li>
                <li>その他、当グループが不適切と判断する行為</li>
            </ol>
            <h1>第三条(本サービスの提供の停止等)</h1>
            <ol>
                <li>当グループは、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

                        <li>本サービスにかかるコンピュータシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合</li>
                        <li>地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本サービスの提供が困難となった場合</li>
                        <li>コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合</li>
                        <li>開発者の大半が学生のため勉強等でサービスの提供が困難だと判断した場合</li>
                        <li>その他、当グループが本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合</li>
                    </ul>
                </li>
                <li>当グループは、本サービスの提供の停止または中断により、ユーザーまたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害についても、一切の責任を負わないものとします。</li>

            <h1>第四条(利用制限)</h1>
            <ol>
                <li>当グループは、ユーザーが以下のいずれかに該当する場合には、事前の通知なく、ユーザーに対して、本サービスの全部もしくは一部の利用を制限することができるものとします。

                        <li>本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合</li>
                        <li>当グループからの重要な連絡に対し、一定期間返答がない場合</li>
                        <li>その他、当グループが本サービスの利用を適当でないと判断した場合</li>
                    </ul>
                <li>当グループは、本条に基づき当グループが行った行為によりユーザーに生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。</li>
            </ol>
            <h1>第五条(保証の否認および免責事項)</h1>
            <ol>
                <li>当グループは、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵(安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます)がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。

                <li>当グループは、本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。</li>
                <li>当グループは、本サービスに関して、ユーザーと他のユーザーまたは第三者との間において生じた取引、連絡または紛争等について一切責任を負いません。</li>

            <h1>第六条(サービス内容の変更等)</h1>
            当グループは、ユーザーに通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更しまたは本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
            <h1>第七条(利用規約の変更)</h1>
            当グループは、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。なお、本規約の変更後、本サービスの利用を開始した場合には、当該ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
            <h1>第八条(準拠法)</h1>
            本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
            <h1>第九条(グローバルチャット)</h1>
            グローバルチャットでは以下のことを守ってください。
            <ol>
                <li>当グループはFree RTのグローバルチャット(公式のグローバルチャット以外でも)で生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。</li>
                <li>グローバルチャットで起きたことは全て自己責任です。</li>
                <li>危険なファイル、リンクの送信の禁止</li>
                <li>人が不快になることの投稿の禁止</li>
                <li>NSFWのチャンネルと示されていないグローバルチャットでのNSFWコンテンツの発信の禁止</li>
                <li>宣伝は1週間に1回にする(動画や音楽のリンクは例外)</li>
            </ol>
            <h1>第十条(読み上げ)</h1>
            読み上げ機能を使用する際は以下のことを守ってください。
            <ol>
                <li>犯罪系、自殺系など倫理的・法律的に問題のあるサーバーでのご利用。それ以外にも音響モデルの著作権者が不適当と判断した場合には、ご利用を中止するよう要請する場合があります。</li>
                <li>読み上げを用いての宗教勧誘活動。</li>
                <li>読み上げを用いての特定の人物・政党・その他団体による政治的活動。</li>
                <li>読み上げを用いて特定の人物・地域・民族・企業・球団・政党・軍隊・国家・その他団体を攻撃する行為。</li>
                <li>読み上げを用いての犯罪等の反社会的活動。</li>
                <li>読み上げを用いて、第三者の権利を侵害する行為。</li>
                <li>読み上げを用いて、公序良俗に著しく反する行為。</li>
                <li>読み上げによる音声を改変の有無を問わず、音響モデルの著作者の承諾を得ずにその全部または一部を販売、配布すること。</li>
                <li>読み上げにより生成される音源を録音し別のことで利用すること。</li>
            </ol>
            <h1>第十一条(最後に)</h1>

                <li>Prevent dangerous files and links from being sent</li>
                <li>Prohibit posting that makes people uncomfortable</li>
                <li>Preventing NSFW content from originating in NSFW channels and non-designated global chats</li>
                <li>Advertising once a week (except for video and music links)</li>

            <h1>Article 10 (Reading)</h1>
            When using the Read Out Loud feature:

                <li>Use on servers with ethical or legal issues such as criminal or suicidal. In addition, if the copyright holder of the sound model deems it inappropriate, we may request you to stop using it.</li>

                <li>the act of violating the rights of a third party by using a reading aloud.</li>
                <li>an act that is significantly contrary to public order or morality by using reading aloud.</li>
                <li>To sell and distribute the whole or a part of the speech, whether or not it has been altered, without the consent of the author of the acoustic model.</li>
